Towering 18 feet (5.49 meters) in height, the recently-renovated Coffee Pot offers brilliant photo opportunity.

The Schellsburg Historic District is a prominent district sited at Schellsburg in the Bedford County region. The district was built through in 1808 and has gained terrific historical significance. Majority of the structures in the district have adapted the Federal and Prairie School style of architecture. The district is registered on the National Register of Historic Places.

Flight 93, one of the four hijacked in September 11, 2001, was prevented by the passengers and crew from crashing on the United States Capitol. It crashed in Pennsylvania killing all on board. Located at the sight of the crash site, is a memorial honoring the lost lives. Initially open to only family members of the deceased, it was later opened to the public. It is featured on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Halls Mill Covered Bridge is a Burr Truss type of bridge built in 1872. Crossing the Yellow Creek, it has a length of 91 feet (28 meters). Owing to its strong and sturdy architecture and rich past, it was put up in the National Register of Historic Places.
