With its lavish decor and opulent details, the Fordyce Bathhouse is a sight that should not be missed. Although over a century old, the bathhouse remains an exceptionally well-preserved example of the many bathhouses of this kind that once flourished here. Visit the Fordyce Spring and watch a video presentation of the traditional bath regime. Spread over three floors, the bathhouse features a Men's Bath Hall, dressing rooms, a gymnasium, a music room and a bowling alley.

The Hot Springs National Park gets its name from the natural hot springs that are found in the area. People have used this water for therapeutic baths to heal illness for thousands of years. Thermal springs emanate from the sweeping slopes of Hot Springs Mountain, and the park includes portions of downtown Hot Springs city, making it one of the most easily accessible national parks in the country. The Mid-America Science Museum is a little gem of an attraction in Hotsprings that aims to create space to inspire visitors through engaging exhibits. Home to over 100 hand-on exhibits, both rotating and permanent display collections, some of the artifacts in the permanent exhibit date back to the 1980s. The exhibits include Arkansas Underfoot Gallery, Light Bridge, The Marvelous Motion Gallery, and so forth. Apart from that, the museum also hosts events and temporary exhibitions.
