Integratron is a dome-like acoustic structure located in Landers, California. It was built by George Van Tassel in 1959, who claimed that he had an interaction with the "space people" and that he had being communicated with the rejuvenating technique of human cells. The Integratron was built on the same technique. People visiting are given Sound Baths which is said to be a 60-minute healing session in a multi-wave sound chamber. Reservations are not accepted and schedule for the sound bath can be found on the website.

Fusing together Western and Eastern philosophies, Mentalphysics is a combination of breathing techniques and meditation. More than 225,000 students have benefited from Ding Le Mei's methods of spiritual awakening here. The institute itself is a serene and peaceful looking structure, which is now called the Joshua Tree Retreat Center, and organizes many workshops on mental and spiritual healing.

Palm Springs Windmill Tours is known for its enlightening tours, around the breath taking windmills, few of the highest in the state. This museum is surely not from the ordinary lot, as it displays its sculptures amidst a desert, which are all made from scrap and waste material. The creations are assemblage sculptures, that are made from an assortment of materials like burger wraps, glass chips, burnt wood and other such castoff material. The displays often take on a different meaning in different weathers, adding to their unique value. These works of art are the creations of Noah Purifoy, who draws inspiration from the coarse environment of Mojave desert in California.
