Located near Highlands within the Nantahala National Forest, Glen Falls is a triple waterfall that is found along a picturesque downhill trail that winds along two miles (3.2 kilometers). The gradually descending hike traverses past an observation deck that makes for a great vantage point for the upper falls and the surrounding mountains. The trail further winds down to the middle section, ultimately reaching the third section that offers the closest view. The way back uphill also offers multiple vantage points for amazing views.
