Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Beattie House is the second oldest residence in Greenville County. Built in 1834, this Georgian-style mansion has a lot to offer in terms of providing beautiful event spaces to visitors. Although owned by the city of Greenville, the property has been leased to the Greenville Woman's Club since 1949. The Club makes the property available for rent for various types of events including wedding receptions, luncheons and recitals. Call ahead for more details.

Church of the Transfiguration is a lovely structure built with the Carpenter Gothic style of architecture. It was erected in 1889 and is spread across an area of 1.7 acres (0.69 hectare). The classy white exteriors with the serene interiors look magnificent and are sure to take you back into time. The structure has been preserved exceptionally well. Services and other religious ceremonies are held in the church till date.

One of the most important church sites in the city of Pelzer in South Carolina is the Pelzer Presbyterian Church. The ancient Presbyterian church dates back to 1896, and is included in the National Register of Historic Places. This historical church invites and welcomes everyone to worship sans any discrimination.

The Fairview Presbyterian Church was constructed in 1858 and has gained tremendous historic significance over the years. This church is situated in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Standing as one of the oldest Presbyterian churches in Greenville County, it provides varied facilities to the public. The Sunday School that is held for all ages is a great initiative by the church. Also, other services include meetings of children and youth, catered dinners, recreational gym, and much more. The square columns of the portico in the present church building hold bricks from the earlier sanctuary on the same site.

El Puente Liberty se encuentra en el bellísimo ParqueFalls sobre el río Reedy, un espacio precioso que sirve de telón de fondo para este puente de 114 metros. Este molino harinero, que fue construido en 1826, se encuentra a unos 35 minutos al oeste de Greenville. Es un ejemplo excelente de la arquitectura rural del siglo XIX y durante unos 200 años, esta clase de molino era lo estándar en el sur del país. Durante la década de 1960, la industria de los molinos harineros sufrió un fuerte revés cuando el gobierno federal dictaminó que cada molino debía remover todas las impuresas de sus granos y añadir conservarntes a sus productos. Pero tras algunas maniobras legales en los '80, el Molino Hagood retomó sus operaciones, pero a menor escala. En la actualidad, el molino opera el tercer sábado de cada mes y abre sus puertas a visitantes.
