Experience one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Glacier National Park with sweeping views of waterfalls and glaciers. Going-to-the-Sun Road is a 'National Historic Landmark' and a 'Historic Civil Engineering Landmark'. It was built between 1921 to 1932 and spans 53 miles (85.30 kilometers). It treads through the Glacier National Park's wilderness and curves on mountainsides. It is among the difficult roads in the continent to snowplow, yet is a popular one. While traveling on this scenic road, you will come across interesting sights. These include the Lake McDonald, Weeping Wall, Jackson Glacier, Heavens Peak and Logan Pass.

Aerial Adventure park is the part of the Whitefish Mountain Resort featuring an array of adventure activities. Some activities include zip lines, barrels, and swinging on trapezes, walking from one tree to another via cable walk ways, suspended bridges and cables and tube traverses. There are different courses, based on difficulty level for different age groups. No prior experience is required. The guests need to wear the body harnesses and covered shoes.

Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, Whitefish Lake is a natural gem within Whitefish Lake State Park. The lake was named after the large population of mountain whitefish that was found here. Today, anglers can cast their lines here in search of lake whitefish, trout, bass, and other freshwater species, while boaters can enjoy leisurely cruises or thrilling water sports. Surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Flathead Valley, Whitefish Lake is also a gateway to outdoor adventures on land, such as hiking and nature exploration.
