Fogo de Chão is part of a chain, but you would never know it by the upscale menu and impeccable service. Meals at this Brazilian steakhouse begin with a trip to the sprawling buffet, during which waiters usher dishes of hot polenta and chewy cheese bread to your table. Then as soon as you say "Go" (using red and green cards) chefs known as "gauchos" begin serving hand carved meats to your table. Filet mignon, ribeye, pork, and more are all equally delicious and perfectly seasoned. Try a little of everything, or focus on one selection. Just remember to save room for the fried banana dessert!
