Oteri's Italian Pastries

No pastry quite has the sweetness of an authentic Italian cannoli. The short journey into Northeast Philadelphia is more than worth the trip to pick up a tray of Etruscan butter cookies or miniature pastries. Last minute birthday cakes (ice cream or otherwise) are delivered citywide at a small fee. Their new computer system also allows Oteri's to print a picture of your choice onto a cake. Catering is available. They're open every day of the year, including Christmas.
