The historic Rudolph Blankenburg School was constructed from 1923 through 1925. It encompasses a huge land area of 3 acres(1.2 hectares). The structure was built and designed by celebrated architect Irwin T. Catherine. The monumental school site is situated in the Mill Creek vicinity of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. It is predominantly a three storied, nine bay by five bay building built moreover from brick. The building is a fine example of the Colonial Revival style of architecture. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
