The well-known site of Hollybush stands as a monumental mansion in the Glassboro region of the Gloucester County. Its construction dates back to the year 1849, and it is also referred to as the Whitney Mansion. The eloquently structured mansion site is registered in the National Register of Historic Places.
The magnificent Bell Atlantic Tower stands 53 story high and is also the fourth largest building in Philadelphia, is sure to take your breath away. The tower is 739 feet tall and has many offices within. On the top floor (51st floor) of the building, is a banquet hall called the Top Of The Tower and it is available for public rentals. Weddings and other social celebrations take place on a grand scale. And wouldn't it be amazing to be perched on the 51st floor and have the whole city at your feet!
Formerly a tavern, the Fountain House is an integral part of Doylestown's history. William Doyle, who founded Doylestown had built seven taverns, this building being one of them. Over the period it was sold and renovated several times and was finally restored in 1971. Currently, it houses a Starbucks coffee shop and several law firms. Given its historical significance, the Fountain House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
The Darby Meeting also referred to as Darby Friends Meeting House, is the third meeting house that is home to the Darby Friends Meeting. This structure raised in 1805, is incorporated in the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
The Samuel Cole House is a significant home in the Cherry Hill region of Camden County in New Jersey. It was erected in 1743 and occupies immense monumental value. The site has paved its way to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
