Indulge Experimental Bistro

Aki Wang calls his restaurant bar Indulge an “experimental bistro.” From the kitchen come delights, such as Duck Breast with Wings and Tiger Shrimp, Risotto with Scallops, and Trout with Mussels and Champagne Sea Urchin Cream Sauce. Patrons can savor the moment sipping such drinks as the Victoria Smash to the classic Manhattan. The interior could be considered hoity-toity, with glass dining tables and padded tall chairs, but it's all part of the bistro's charm.
