Built in 1876, Indian River Life Saving Service Station in Rehoboth Beach is a unique one. This museum houses some really amazing maritime artifacts and memorabilia. It was an important station for the United States Lifesaving Service back in the 1800s when many ships were rescued along the coast. The museum is designed quite beautifully and maintained with care offering the tourists a piece of history and time that is worth looking at.

Stretching for 6 miles (9.7 kilometers), the Junction and Breakwater Trail is the longest out of the three rail trails in the state. Silver lake is one of the two freshwater lakes of Delaware that graces the town of Rehoboth Beach. Lake Gerar Park is a beautiful spot near Rehoboth Beach that offers a quiet time amidst nature. Encompassing 15 acres (6 hectares) of the lake and park, it is safe to say that the lake park is a hidden gem. It features a walking path along the lake and a few scattered benches to relax. Perfect for a lovely day out or for unwinding, the nature park checks out for all. It is particularly picturesque during the autumn season. During the winter, the entire lake is frozen and looks exactly like the ones from a fairy tale.

Just a mile away from downtown Rehoboth Beach sits a beautiful art gallery on a historic property encompassing 3.5 acres (1.4 hectares) consisting of a homestead and garden. The historic structure houses art galleries, a pottery studio, workshops, and classrooms for artists. Home to an incredible collection of artwork, some of which are permanent collections and some in rotation, this wonderful space is free and open for the public to take a tour. Located off the most happening spot of Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, Funland is a seaside amusement park entertaining the locals and tourists since 1939. Features 20 exciting rides, such as paratrooper and superflip 360, and 11 midway games, such as skee ball and balloon bust.
