The Wilson-Warner House was built in the year 1769 by David Wilson, a wealthy merchant in Odessa. Constructed in the Delaware-Georgian style of architecture, the house features thirteen rooms with antique wooden furnishings. After Wilson's son went bankrupt, the house was purchased as a family relic by Mary Wilson and Daniel Corbit's daughter and later became the first house museum in the town in 1924. Today, visitors can tour the house to admire its Georgian beauty and furnishings, which have been modeled after its "List of Sale" documents from 1829.
The Nemours Mansion and Gardens is a 300-acre (121.40 hectares) country estate which consists of a French mansion and garden. The estate was built by Alfred I. du Pont in 1909–1910 and is a luxurious five story structure with 105 rooms full of artwork and sculptures. The mansion is elegantly designed in Louis XVI-Rococo style French architecture. The beautifully garden with flowers, plants, pools and fountains is a refreshing sight.

Three Endicott Period gun batteries were built within its walls in the 1890s and were later called 'Battery Torbert'. During the Civil War, it was used as the Union's prisoner of war camp that shelters captives from both the South and North. Escape was difficult for these prisoners as it was surrounded by water with no means of transport. It also operated a garrison for a brief period when the fort was under the command of Major Benjamin Kendrick Pierce. Today, the fort functions as a museum and park that annually hosts the Escape from Fort Delaware triathlon within its premises.

Built by Finnish settlers in 1638 and 1643 the cabin features a fireplace with Scandinavian ironware from 1590s. The cabin is made up of double-dovetailed oak logs fastened with hardwood pegs and a roof without a ridgepole. Still privately owned, the iconic log house was added to National Register of Historic Places in 1976 and is open to public visits through tours.

Located within the Nether Providence Township, Thomas Leiper Estate is a historic house that was built in 1785. The mansion has three storeys and is bright yellow in color. Being an architecture of the 17th - 18th century, this landmark was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in the year 1971. Besides the house, you can tour around the barn area, the carriage house, smoke house, warehouse, and the like. The visit to this site takes place from April to December during the weekends.
