Built in the year its name refers to, this is a large reinforced concrete structure containing a dozen bowling alleys, a bar with table service and loud music and a video game arcade. It attracts a mixed crowd of all ages and can be busy on Sunday afternoons or midweek winter evenings. It is home to the local amateur bowling team.
